I can use the animations by removing the root T. (Because the original model was scaled like this when it was imported. Once I made the animations I then tried to import them back into unity and although all the rotations are correct, the root motion is scaled incorrectly (by a factor of around 0.013). I have a model in unity that I imported into iClone5 to make some additional animations.
